All content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by PepaMode Solutions and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom development work becomes the property of the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party licenses.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service provision. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPAMODE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepaMode Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services.
Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the individual service contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including confidentiality, warranties, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, or strikes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PepaMode Solutions regarding our services.
