Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At PepaMode Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality Node.js development and infrastructure services. We stand behind our work and offer a fair refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our service packages. If you are not satisfied with our services within 14 days of the service commencement date, you may request a full or partial refund.

2.1 Eligibility for 14-Day Guarantee

The 14-day guarantee applies to:

  • Node Starter Package
  • Presale Technical Audit services
  • Initial consultation services

2.2 Exclusions

The following are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee:

  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
  • Services provided beyond the 14-day period
  • Third-party software licenses or tools purchased on your behalf
  • Services where significant custom work has been performed and accepted by the client

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible timeframe:

  • Include your order details and reason for the refund request

3.2 Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. You will receive confirmation via email once your request has been reviewed.

3.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered, we may offer a prorated refund based on:

  • The amount of work completed
  • Resources already allocated to your project
  • Time and effort invested by our team

We will discuss partial refund amounts with you before processing.

5. Long-Term Service Agreements

5.1 Enterprise Node Platform

For long-term service agreements (12 months or more):

  • The 14-day guarantee applies to the initial service setup period
  • After 14 days, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis for unused months
  • A cancellation notice of 30 days is required
  • Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party software licenses purchased on behalf of the client
  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificates
  • Hosting fees paid to third parties
  • Emergency support services already rendered

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for cancellations are subject to this Refund Policy.

7.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • Payment is not received as agreed
  • Terms of Service are violated
  • The project scope changes significantly

In such cases, you will receive a prorated refund for unused services.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, we require:

  • Written notification of the dispute
  • 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation

9. EU Consumer Rights

For consumers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Important: If you expressly request that service performance begins before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you may lose the right to withdraw or be liable for payment for services already provided.
